Situated on the Hudson River, these units offer residents riverfront views and access to a walking trail along the water.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dandelion designed and installed geothermal ground loops and heat pumps in 11 new townhomes in the Landing at Esopus Icehouse. This project was drilled in November 2023 and will be completed at the end of 2024.
